21.59cm x 27.94cm This  series of drawings was created as part of  a mindfulness practice,  paying  attention to thoughts as they arise  without attachment. If  my lines became wobbly, I knew there was a slip of attention to that train of thought.

This series resulted in a visualization of my own anxiety and allowed me to view it  from a different perspective , and embrace it as a beautifully complex process.
